Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Bawrii, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
✅ Return & Refund
- As a general company policy, we do not offer returns/refunds on products once sold.
- Exception: Refunds will only be issued in case of defective, damaged, or wrong product delivered. In such cases, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
- To be eligible, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with a box opening video and pictures as proof.
✅ Exchange
- We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to stock availability.
- If the desired size is not available, a credit note will be issued.
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 working days of delivery.
- Exchanges will be processed and delivered within 10–14 working days.
- Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with all original tags & packaging are eligible.
❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized outfits made as per customer instructions.
- Sarees.
- Products purchased under SALE/discounts/coupon offers.
- Products exchanged once, cannot be exchanged again.
- Color variations (up to 10%) due to screen resolution or lighting will not be accepted as a reason for return/exchange.
📦 Return nd exchange Shipping
- Customers must send the product back to us at their own cost ( no pickup service available)
- exchange fee 250/- flat fee for logistics to dispatch the new size.
